At Patten Oil Company, we have a service plan to meet any requirement. Most of your questions should be answered below, but feel free to contact us during normal business hours if we can be of further assistance.
Cleaning/Tune-up Service
We recommend cleaning your furnace or boiler each year to keep it in proper working order. Our cleanings/tune-ups include parts, labor and a computerized diagnostic systems check which insures maximum unit efficiency giving you the best distance between deliveries. Did you know that we are still one of the only companies in the area that offers this systems check as part of our regular, routine cleaning? NOTE: All customers are required to have this cleaning done prior to entering one of the annual plans below.
Complete Cleaning/Tune-up Service - $119.00
Plan A
After you have had your residential warm air furnace cleaned or inspected, this one year agreement will cover you for any call out during the season for service on a “no heat call”. Basic parts are included, as well as your next Annual Cleaning/Tune-up. Your actual contract will list the covered parts.
Plan A Service - $169.00
Plan B
After you have had your residential boiler cleaned or inspected, this one year agreement will cover you for any call out during the season for service on a “no heat call”. Basic and additional parts are included, as well as your next Annual Cleaning/Tune-up. Your actual contract will list the covered parts.
Plan B Service - $269.00
Service Rates
$80.00/hr during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
